Please note: All our engines are based around the cheaper OEM Loncin 200cc Engine. We do however recommend upgrading your engine to the more reliabile and better quality Honda GX200cc Engine. Stage 1 200cc Engine
This Stage 1 Loncin 200cc engine has been rebuilt to give a power output of c.8-11hp (11hp with upgrades selected).
The Stage 1 Engine is designed to look at first glance like a standard engine so therefore retains the standard airbox and exhaust. Stage 1 engines should rev to around 6500rpm.
All engines are stripped, the governor mechanisms removed and oil alert systems (were fitted) removed.
The Stage 1 engine includes the following parts:-

Stage 2 200cc Engine
This Stage 2 Loncin 200cc engine has been rebuilt to give a power output of c.11-15hp (15hp with upgrades selected).
The Stage 2 Engine removes the restrictive black plastic air cleaner system. The engines are therefore visually different from a standard engine. Stage 2 engines should rev around the 7000rpm mark.
All engines are stripped, the governor mechanisms removed and oil alert systems (were fitted) removed.
The Stage 2 engine includes the following parts:-
