We offer a range of engines to our customers from boxed Genuine Engines (no work undertaken) to race prepared, tuned and extreme tuned engines. We are the leading supplier of aftermarket parts for tuning your engines and can build an engine to suit your requirements and budget. All our Custom Tuned Engines are prepared to order so please allow up to 5 days for delivery.

Please note: All our engines are based around the cheaper OEM Loncin 200cc Engine. We do however recommend upgrading your engine to the more reliabile and better quality Honda GX200cc Engine. If you require your custom engine to be prepared using the Honda GX200cc Engine please select the upgrade when adding to your shopping basket.

Stage 1 200cc Engine

Stage 1 Engine (Approx. 8-11hp)

This Stage 1 Loncin 200cc engine has been rebuilt to give a power output of c.8-11hp (11hp with upgrades selected).

The Stage 1 Engine is designed to look at first glance like a standard engine so therefore retains the standard airbox and exhaust. Stage 1 engines should rev to around 6500rpm.

All engines are stripped, the governor mechanisms removed and oil alert systems (were fitted) removed.

The Stage 1 engine includes the following parts:-

Custom Camshaft #1 or #8
Smaller GX120 Fan (reduces drag)
Flat Top Piston 13101-Z4M-000
File Fit UT1 Piston Rings
De-Baffled Exhaust
G200 Valve Springs
Pulse Pump and Engine Cover

Stage 2 200cc Engine

Stage 2 Engine (Approx.11-15hp)

This Stage 2 Loncin 200cc engine has been rebuilt to give a power output of c.11-15hp (15hp with upgrades selected).

The Stage 2 Engine removes the restrictive black plastic air cleaner system. The engines are therefore visually different from a standard engine. Stage 2 engines should rev around the 7000rpm mark.

All engines are stripped, the governor mechanisms removed and oil alert systems (were fitted) removed.

The Stage 2 engine includes the following parts:-

Re-profiled Camshaft (Cam #1 or 2 depending on carb selected)
Smaller GX120 Fan (reduces drag)
