GX200 17mm Overbored OEM Carb

Note: Depending on your level of tune some re-jetting may be required. We recommend changing your Emulsion Tube to the GX140 Emulsion Tube (Part Number: 16166-ZE1-005), and your Main Jet to a 75 main jet.

You may however need to run your engine and changing your Main Jet to either richen or lean the engine as necessary. The larger the Main Jet the richer the engine will run.

Overbored carbs will have some epoxy on the exterior.

Carburetor, GX200 Bored Out and circuitry reworked. Venturi ~16.0 mm (.625) . 100% Bolt on. Approx .03 to 0.5hp more than stock carb depending on application. Recommended for stock or mild motors run stock, CL1 cam, or Mod2 type Cams. Max size carb if running stock rod.

NOTE: These are OEM Honda (Keihen) cores. They produce .2 to .3 more HP than equivalent (bored) aftermarket carbs.

This carb is recommended for applications requiring good torque and mid range along with easy starting. For high RPM applications (some loss of low end) use .650 Bored carb.

Carburetor, GX200 Bored Out and circuitry reworked. Venturi 16.5mm (.650mm). 100% Bolt on. Approx .05 to 0.75 hp more than stock carb depending on application. Recommended for open motors requiring a stock appearing carb.

NOTE: These are OEM Honda (Keihen) cores. They produce .2 to .3 more HP than equivalent (bored) aftermarket carbs.

Extensively modified stock appearing carb producing the most HP possible utilizing a stock carb body.
In addition to having the largest Venturi (>.680) of any of our other bored carbs, the butterfly size has been significantly increased to provide 60% more airflow than a stock carb. Fuel circuits and jets have been reworked to maintain proper mixture. No Extrenal Epoxy. No choke.

Dyno testing shows these carbs to produce up to 1 hp more that standard bored (stock butterfly) and over two+ hp than a stock carb with only marginal loss in low end and idle quality.

Carburetor kit, OEM Honda GX390 Carb with special 390 carb adapter and fixed jet. Includes all gaskets*, bolts, filter adapter, jet, and air filter. Special design does not require insulator. The Best & Most Complete Kit on the market.

Choice of 21mm for most GX160/GX200 and Predator Applications or 23.5 mm bore for 220cc+ motors (21mm is recommended for most applications).

Designed to mount GX390 type carbs to GX200s, 6.5 Chinese OHVs, and 212 Predators using 15 degree motor mounts. If mounting engine flat or using a zero or 5 degree motor mount, then NR Racings "Flat Mount Adapter Kit" must be added/selected.

Use the stock GX200 Carb studs for mounting Velocity stack and carb to manifold.

Manifold has pulse fitting can be installed for operating fuel pumps, otherwise plug can be used to seal opening. PULSE FITTING FACES UP

Note: On some Long Duration (radical) cams, the intake vacuum signal is too weak to operate the fuel pump, esp when using methanol. In this case, you will need to pulse from the valve cover or block..

Will make 17+ hp with Cam and head work. This is a genuine Honda carb, it will make more power and is more reliable than the Aftermarket carbs. You get what you pay for.

Note: Use of the Choke Bracket requires use of a stock Honda (or Chinese OHV) "Air Filter to Carb Gasket". This is not included in the kit.
