Kart Headers & Exhaust Pipes
Get more from your small engine with headers & exhaust pipes from Prokart Engine Parts. We have Honda GX headers, as well as header pipes that fit OHV Chinese clone engines. These pipes are available for a range of applications. Mini bike headers can run open, or be used with a clamp on muffler. Kart exhaust systems are compact enough to fit around your engine. Want more power from your lawn mower? What about a off-road motorcycle, or a marine engine in a boat or kayak? Need to speed up your snow mobile, or building a midget racer? We have pipes for all of those applications, too.
Some pipes require a support bracket, which clamps onto the pipe and bolts onto your vehicle. We offer bracket clip kits as an add-on for pipes that require them.
Racing Kart Mufflers
Mufflers dampen the sound of vehicle emissions and reduce the engine noise caused by pistons and valves. A muffler works by combining sound waves inside its chamber to cancel them out, resulting in a quieter drive. The chamber of a muffler has several channels and holes that direct gasses to reduce exhaust pressure and redirect sound waves into each other. They are often built from steel and aluminum with enough durability to resist both the intense heat and the chemical emissions caused by the vehicle’s engine.
