Manifold Kit, 390 Carb to GX200, 6.5 Chinese OHV, & 212 Predator, 15 Degree Mount
Designed to mount GX390 Type Carbs to GX200, 6.5s, and 212 Predators using 15 degree motor mounts. If using a flat motor mount, then "Flat Mount Adapter Kit" must be added (sold separately). Part Number NR-390FLATADAP.
Typically requires a 108 Main Jet for std bore GX390 carbs and 110 for Bored Carbs. Methanol carbs will need a 150 to 160 Main or larger.
Pulse Fitting can be installed for operating fuel pumps, otherwise plug can be used to seal opening. NOTE: PULSE FITTING FACES UP Note: On some Long Duration (radical) cams, the intake vacuum signal is too weak to operate the fuel pump, esp when using methanol. In this case, you will need to pulse from the valve cover or block.

Instructions:
Mount the 15 degree adapter (the thicker one) to Engine.
Mount Flat Plate adapter to the 15 degree adapter.
Use a small amount of gasket sealer (Not Included) between the two.
Install the carb studs in appropriate holes, mount carb using enclosed gasket, and go racing.

This is the adapter to covert NR Racings GX390 to 200 15 degree manifold to a flat mount. This is the adapter only and does not include the manifold. This is for customers who already have the 15 degree manifold. Includes hardware.

45 Degree Curved Steel Manifold
Steel Intake manifold to mount Mikuni 22mm carbs to GX200. Manifold is curved to allow carb to face rear.
This is the economy version with a round flange (instead of D flange).
Manifold is meant to fit the genuine VM22. It will work on the Chinese versions (small body), but there will be slight misalignment and may require some silicone or gasket maker for proper sealing.
